CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS To participate in the Voyage $10,000 giveaway (the "Contest"), you must be at least 18 years old. The Contest is open to individual Rehab or Nursing professionals ("Entrant") who are licensed to work in the U.S. Internal corporate employees of Voyage Staffing, LLC ("Voyage") or Voyage Nursing, LLC and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited. All Contest entries must be received between July 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008. If you are selected as the contest winner (the "Winner"), you agree that Voyage may publicize your name, likeness, and your title along with a brief description of your travel experience in 2008. Winner will work with Voyage to collect all of this information, including any photography prior to the distribution of any prize. Apart from the prize associated with being selected as a winner, Voyage shall not be obligated to compensate you in any way for such publicity. One $10,000 cash prize will be awarded to the winning entry. Winning entry will be drawn at random on or around January 15, 2009. Voyage reserves the right to re-draw if Winner cannot be contacted by phone within ten (10) days of drawing. Each Entrant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Voyage harmless from any third party claims arising from or related to that Entrant's participation in the Contest. In no event shall Voyage be liable to an Entrant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Contest or that Entrant's participation in the Contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All taxes, including income taxes, are the sole responsibility of Winner. No prize substitution is permitted.
